Unity 7 no message delivered

Hi, I have a strange issue. If I am OnNet with a cisco phone I can leave a message and get the message/inbox and mwi no problem. If I call from the PSTN I here the mailbox recording, go to leave a message and I get nothing. Its like unity is not getting a audo path. I am running a mgcp gateway with dtmf enable mode out of band. Any ideas??

any errors in the app log on unity?

check you have routing between GW and unity for the RTP

so, you do get a message? but it's blank? or you don't get any message? i'm not sure which one is it

We were not getting DTMF inbound from the PBX.

The solution was to modify the default values of the advanced ccm

service parameters

* ASN.1 ROSE OID Encoding*

was changed to ISO from its default on Cisco of "use local value"

* QSIG Variant

was changed to ECMA from its default value of ISO.

Problem resolved by doing the above
