The existing Unity Version is 4.0(5) , new installation will be 4.2
The existing Unity Bridge Version is 3.0(6), I am not sure it can be free upgrade to 3.1? And I'd like to know whether the existing Bridge server has to be rebuilt and re-configured after the rebuild of the Unity server? TIA!

Hi -
If you purchased Unity/Unity bridge with SASU licensing (or now called ESW), you should be able to download the Unity 3.1 from the Voice downloads - Unity - Bridge webpage. There is no upgrade license required. There will be reconfiguration steps you will need to take in order to re-designate the Unity bridgehead server. You can check out the details in this Bridge networking document - http://www.cisco.com/en/US/customer/docs/voice_ip_comm/bridge/31/networking/guide/31ex/bnete06.html
Hope this helps!
