Hi to everyone
All of the sudden users are not receiving messages in their outlook inbox, we have setup Unity to send any received messages to the users inbox but for some reason it stopped working, I have checked services and all are Ok and running , did a Restart on the server (after successful backup of course) and still no luck, any one have had this issue or know where to look for a solution? your help will be greatly appreciated

Hi Dennis
thanks for your post, I went and look our exchange environment and found that a primary server was down and email was been picked up by our secondary server, secondary server was not listed as trusted on Unity, added and all working good again

Are you using Single Inbox under unified messaging configuration or SMTP store and forward?
What is the email platform and version?
