Unity Connection 2.1 live reply

Hi All,

I am using CUC 2.1, and have setup live reply in COS for all users. I don't know how to use this feature in CUC 2.1 and there is no option when user listens to the messages. there is prefix digit to have live reply working but this is in CUC 7.0.

any suggestion would be very appreciated.

Hi alex,

After playing the mssg

press 44 to call the user

but it isn't exist in some systems
