I've been tasked with finding a way to save individual messages from a customer to one of our folks here at my organization. I'm aware that with Unified Messaging, they can save the .wav file, however I'm not familiar enough with e-discovery procedures to know if that is acceptable. If there's an alternative that someone is aware of to maintain whatever data beside the message itself that is required in e-discovery, I would appreciate some guidance.
