i have to edit a user template which i have done, however, the changes only apply when you add a new users. The existing users that were assigned that template do not take the new settings. How do you go about using bulk edit (if u can) to make this change?

Are you asking how to use Bulk Edit, or if Bulk Edit can make the change required?
For the How, you should read the documentation on Bulk Edit.
For the If, well, you could just try it, and if you don't see the setting then you cannot edit it. Bulk Edit does not support all user attributes.

Hi Kiru,
Like Anthony noted ...it depends what you are trying to change here
You have to keep in mind that changes done at the Template level are
never retroactive and are only applied to users created using the Template
after the change was completed.
Changes done at the COS level are retroactive and are applied to new and old users alike.
