Unity Connection 9.1 ELM server configuration

Hi All

I've inherited a Cisco phone system.  CUC has stopped answering calls due, I think, to licensing issues.  My CUCM server (which also hosts the ELM) has had its domain and IP address changed.  My CUC server has also had it's domain and IP changed.  Both have been working properly for some time.

The System Settings / Licensing page on the CUC Admin site lists the ELM Server as DC-CUCM-PUB-01.olddomain.net.  I'm thinking that should be DC-CUCM-PUB-01.mynewdomain.net.

On the ELM (running on the CUCM server) I have no Product Instances listed.  If I try to add my CUC server, using it's new IP address, ELM tells me that the product is already being managed by this ELM.  The Test Connection is successful. 

Is there a way to change the ELM Server configuration on CUC server?  Will that help?

Doesn't seem like there are a lot of CLI options on 9.x if you don't see the product instances being listed in ELM thru the GUI.

You probably want to get the license file to have it for reference, and then reset your ELM, rehost your licenses and then re-register your products.
