Unity connection attendant schedule

Hello,

What would be the best way to schedule an auto attendant as follows:

7:00am to 10:00am the secretaries phone rings like normal for 5 rings or so and then goes to the attendant if nobody answers.  After 10:00am it goes directly to the auto attedant until 7:00am the next morning.

Configure Time of Day routing on Communications Manager.

  1. Build Time Period
  2. Build Time Schedule
  3. Build partition using this schedule
  4. Build Translation Pattern in this partition and translate to secretary's DN
  5. Build CTI Route Point with the same DN in different (lower) partition and forward all to VM
  6. Build Call Handler in UCON with this DN
