I have a user who wants to use a closed greeting. I changed their active schedule from "All Hours" to "Weekdays" and enabled their closed greeting. However, the closed greeting plays during standard weekday hours. If I disable the closed greeting, the standard greeting plays. Is there something I need to do to "reset" their hours after I changed it, or what else should I try?

Just by applying a different schedule, doesn't mean the hours are set correctly for your purpose... The "weekdays" schedule is a default one, so how should the system know, which hours you need?
Have you checked, which hours are open in that schedule? If no, then I would recommend you do that or add a new one.

I had previously modified the "weekdays" schedule to reflect our business hours. Other users are using the weekdays schedule and their closed greetings work appropriately.
