Unity connection. General mailbox multiple user access

Hi All, 

We have a single common mailbox for our call-center use eg ext 8001(mailbox). When agents are unavailable to attend to the callers, callers can press 1 to leave msg --> ext 8001(mailbox).

They will hear 

"record your msg at the tone, when u r finish hang up etc.."

There are about 15-20 supervisors on shift that needs to access the mailbox on a daily basis

What is needed from my side to configure the mailbox for that purpose so that multiple supervisors can access to it whenever?

Hi,

What happens when the supervisors do the following:

• call the voice mail pilot number
• press * at greeting
• enter the extension (8001) and press #
• enter the pin for extension(8001) and press #

You can also add 8001 as a line appearance on phones, this way the supervisors can easily see MWI on that line and would know when there is a new message.
