my company have a unity connection
now my boss want me to creat a new greeting for company,(the old greeting is also in use)
he want me to implement when customer dial (suppose if) 1111 they will hear "hellow welcome to ABC please dial extension "
and dial 2222 they will hear "hellow welcome to EFG please dial extension"
now i creat a new call handler name "AA" and record a greet
but when i dial 2222 i hear is sorry hellow welcome to ABC please dial extension is can't answer you phone .......
how can i resove this question...or CUC only can creat one greet use the system default call handler?

That's because you failed to record the message in the greetings and recorded it as a recorded name.
That's why you hear the Sorry - is not able to answers bla bla bla.
If you record the name it should be Sorry
Delete the call handler and create a new one and make sure you record the message under the greetings menu.
