Unity Connection timezone difference

Hi,

We have CUC serves located in GMT +2. But we have many users across the globe who access their voicemail from this CUC. Let us say one user who is in Washington (UTC -5) accesses his voicemail then he gets wrong time stamp. Difference is around 7/8 hours.

Whats the solution to localize time settings while accessing voicemail. Or any advise to fix this issue. Thanks

have you tried setting the corect timezone for these user's in the mailbox configuration.
