Unity Connection Video Greetings

Hi Team,

in my lab i installed CUCM and unity Connection ( 10.5 version) and media sense for video greetings. i configured video server and video service accounts in unity connection and tested connection it seems good.

in media sense server i uploaded CiscoUnityConnectionLogo.mp4 file.

i am not able to record video greeting from my jabber client 10.5 Version, when i logged in unity connection on setup menu i am getting only audio greeting recording only. please let me know anything i missedout
