Unity Connections - Edit prompts after listening to a VM

Hello,

I simply need to see how to go about changing the prompts after you listen to a voicemail.  I need it to mimic an "old" system so the end user's aren't confused.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

You'll probably want to read up on the Custom Keypad Mapping Tool that you can find under Tools in Connection Administration for Connection 7.x and later.
