Have CUE integrated into CM 6.0. Have problems where call is made to voice mail, greeting is played message taken but nothing is there. resetting the cue engine fixes the problem for awhile

Not sure if you resolved this yet but I had the same issue with 3.0.1 there is know bug. Upgrading to 3.1.1 resolved the issue.

Have CUE 3.0.1 with CME, do you know if an upgrade to 3.1.1 will resolve the internal or external message not recorded problem?

Have you resolved the problem? I have the same issue, Can leave a message internally, but not working if I make a call externally.
