We are runnng Unity 4.0(3) with Windows Service Pack 4. Recently, when a user accesses their voicemail box by pressing the messages button on their IP phone, entering their password Unity will begin to play the voicemail header. They press 1 to skip this and to hear new messages. Sporadically, the user will then hear Unity respond with "New Messages. Sorry, no new faxes. To hear new messages please press 1..." After pressing option 1, unity responds (as if in a loop) New Messages. Sorry No new faxes. To hear new messagesplease press1." This will continueuntil the user hangs up. If you hang up and dial back into voicemail a few minutes later Unity reacts normally without the loop. We also use unified messaging here with Exchange 5.5. Hs anyone else experienced this type of issue?
