Unity Server - Upgrading Microsoft Components Only

My customer is running Unity 3.1.5 on Dell hardware. There are no issues with Unity. However, my customer is concerned with vulnerabilities in the Microsoft components. The server currently runs the following:

Windows 2000 sp 2

SQL 2000 sp 1

Exchange 2000 sp 2

IE 5.5 sp 2

I have looked through the documentation on CCO and found the following upgrades, which don't appear to be what I'm after.

English-UpdatesForWindows2000-sp4.exe

English-UpdatesForSQLServer-SP3-3a.exe

English-UpdatesForExch2000-SP3.exe

English-UpdatesForIE.exe

Please can someone advise if I should be using the above upgrade files or perhaps point me in the direction of some others.
