Unity tries to read all mails

I have Unity 4.2.1 + Exch2003, all subscribers are UM. I don't have TTS. Integration works fine, but when users are checking voice mail by phone Unity says: "you have over 100 mails" or sth similar.

I want Unity just to say about voice mail. Is it possible?

You can change this by going to

Subscribers > Subscriber Template > Conversation Page.

Check out the message count settings.
