Unity view-mail 8.5.7 - E_VMWS_GEN_SUBSYSTEM_FAILURE

Hi,

I am experiencing failures in playing back voice-mails through view-mail client. The issue is intermittent and only happens when the user tries to play back the message from phone. Play back from PC speaker works fine all the time.

Unity server 8.0.3

Initiall View-mail version 8.0 had the issue. I upgraded it to 8.5.7 but still same issue

Outlook version 2010

Please try installing the newer version of Viewmail 8.6(7):
