unknown caller on voice mail


How do we get the system to pass on the caller id information when a call goes to voice mail? TAC said a custom script had to be written to accomplish this.

I see that you have already contacted TAC about this issue. Have you tried posting this to the Cisco Support Community? The Cisco Support Community ( should be able to help you with a custom script and documentation necessary to resolve your needs.
