There is currently not a direct upgrade path from IPCC Express to IPCC Enterprise. The procedure is a new install of IPCC Enterprise which is a basic forklift of the IPCC Express System.
The existing agent licenses do not transfer as the desktop versions and CTI software are different between the two platforms.
