Upgrade cucm 9.1.2 to 10.5.2

hello all

I went to upgrade CUCM from 9.1.2 to 10.5.2 so I have  some  questions :

1-If I need any licence  for this upgrade?

2-where i can get this license ? 

3-what is the procedure to get this license?

4- should i install the licence before or after upgrading my CUCM ?

Since you are moving from ELM to PLM, you would have to contact licensing@Cisco to get the licences re hosted.

Please find the reply to your queries:

1-If I need any license  for this upgrade? YES. You need to place order through PUT[Product Upgrade Tool]

2-where i can get this license ? you need to write a mail to licensing@cisco.com

3-what is the procedure to get this license? After u  upgrade to CUCM 10.5.2, u need to login into PLM [Prime License Manager] and generate the PLM file. Go to Licenses----Fulfillment ----Other Fulfillment options ---Generate license Request. Copy it and paste it on Notepad. Forward to license team along with Sales Order number.

4- should i install the licence before or after upgrading my CUCM ?You can install only after u successfully upgrade to CUCM 10.5.2 . You would get a grace period to have permanent lic file.
