I have CUCM MCS 7816I5 ver 8.6 , and i need to upgrade it to ver 11.5 which tool i need ?

Hi Hamada,
Starting CUCM 10.X you can not install it on MCS, it has to be UCS server.
See below for UCS requirements.

Otherwise CUCM 8.6 t0 10.5 would be a direct upgrade.

So , i want to implement Call center with IVR
by this way my BOQ will be like this
1 UCS for CUCM
1 CUCM install image ver 11.5
1 CUCM license
1 UCS for CCX ver 11.5 Primum version which allow me no need for another server for IVR
All this Right?

Regarding UCCX you can post your query in UCCX section of the forum. For CUCM migration you can use PCD.
