upgrade e2k to e2003

Unity 404 off-box exchange e2K. The exchange server(partner) will be upgraded to exchange 2003.

1.what's the steps to take on the unity side?

2.If there are couple e2k have to upgrade and they will coexist for a period. Anything special has to consider?

On Unity:

1) Upgrade Exchange management tools to Exch 2003 Sp1 (assuming that you are running SP1 on partner server)

2) Run latest Permission Wizard for "Field Notice: Unity 4.0(4) Does Not Support Microsoft Exchange 2003 SP 1" ( http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/voicesw/ps2237/products_field_notice09186a008024d72f.shtml )
