Upgrade from 12.4(15)XZ2 with CUCME 7.0(0) to 12.4(24)T2 with CUCME 7.1(0)

Hello.

I like to add a VG202 Analog Adapter to the system. But for that device i have to upgrade from 12.4(15)XZ2 with CUCME 7.0(0) to 12.4(24)T2 with CUCME 7.1(0). I didnt find any good inforamtion about upgrade.

Is that an easy upgrade, just upload the IOS and the CME files or are there some hints to know.

I do that upgrade on a runnning system with about 50 SCCP Phones.

Hi Patrick,

Good questions

You can upgrade the IOS on a router and not lose the CME config, licenses etc.

There may be some work that needs to be done after the upgrade to load the

new CME GUI version etc.;
