upgrade from 9.1 to 12.0

i'm planning to upgrade cucm from version 9.1 to version 12.0  on BE6000-M5 , it it direct upgrade or it is required any cop file , i try to search for document didnt find if any one have document or did it already please share the steps.

i read document 12.0 for compatibility matrix support method from 9.1.X to 12.X ,,Cisco Unified OS Admin (Direct Refresh Upgrade) is that mean i can do direct upgrade from OSadmin 9.1
