upgrade unity to 404 from 403

Question for this:

1.Is 404 downloadable from CCO?

2.If customer has bought software maintenence package, they should be entilled to have it free, right?

3. The upgrade process is just to run the Cisco Unity Installation and Configuration Assistant,

right? On this link http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/voice/c_unity/unity40/inst/inst404/ex/ig_020.htm , it only says install. I am assuming it also applies upgrade.

1) Unity full cds are downloadable from CCO's voice page.

2) If they have SASU contract, the answer is yes. Other contracts may apply.
