Hello Experts,
Is there a report (other than CDR) in CUCM that can easily be generated by a non-technical staff to detail a user or DN phone activity? We need to enable some of our department supervisors to generate detailed phone activity reports about their staff. I'm hoping there is a GUI in CUCM they can use to easily generate this report.

Nope, all you get with CUCM out of the box is CDR/CAR

Thanks for taking the time Jaime. With historical reporting in UCCX, can this be used for this purpose? I'm thinking of having users login to a queue only built for this specific use and then run an agent detail report.

Sure, but pretty sure that a 3rd party CDR/billing type app would be cheaper than UCCX not to mention that it would be purpose-built for what you're looking to do and would have zero impact/change to the workflow of your users. Just a thought.
