Hello!
I think I bricked a Cisco VG 320 today. I was halfway through a config and my CLI connection got disrupted so I could not write mem. When I attempted to get back into the VG, it just spewed strings of gibberish characters, and now I cannot interact with the device at all.
Is there any way to factory reset the VG without access to the CLI?

I'd have to guess that you inadvertently changed charateristics (speed, data bits, stop bits, parity) on the console. If you haven't written the configuration, power cycle it. That should bring it back to a starting point.

You can restart the VG and start the configurations again if you haven't issues WR. The strings which you see through console , looks like the software connection setting issue. try different settings.
