viewing weather thru services on IP phone

HI - I set up our IP phones to tell you what the weather is by pressing the service button thru the URL. It works fine at my site but when I add the service to our other site accross the WAM it seems to time out. Is this because it is going accross the WAM is there a way to fix the problem? This is the URl I am hitting

We are using UCM 8.5

Is the phone at the remote site pointing to the same DNS server? Make sure it can resolve the http address via its DNS.
