Viewmail Outlook 2003

I am having trouble getting VMO 4.0.4 to work with Outlook 2003. It installs with no errors and I can see the Viewmail for Outlook form is is the forms manager.

However, no Viewmail options are available from the toolbar. When I uninstall Outlook 2003 and install Outlook 2000, it looks fine. Any ideas?

Which options are you not seeing? When you open a voice mail, does Outlook load the VMO form?

Check if VMO is disabled under Help | About Outlook | Disabled Items.
