Hi group,
I am testing Visual Voicemail but it is not working. Here is my environment:
- CUCM: 9.1.1.10000-11
- CUC: 9.1.1.10000-32
- Product Type: Cisco 9971
- Device Protocol: SIP
- Active Load ID: sip9971.9-3-2-10
I am pretty sure of my configuration, same one is working on my lab in version 8.6.
Here is the error when I want to use Visual Voicemail service:
According to the logs of IP Phone, error produce during installation of midlet:

Please find attached pcap file between CUC and IP Phone. I see no error, it should confirm that issue is with installation on IP Phone.
