Scenario: unity 403 with SR1. Offbox 2000 exchange server
User hit the messages button on the phone and enter voicemail password when prompted then receive the following message:
"Sorry this system is temporarily unable to complete your call. Please try again later. Goodbye."
But they are able to listen voicemail from viewmail
Noticed following errors on the event log
So I hit the messages button on the phone .I enter my new voicemail password when prompted then I receive the following message:

Can Unity still send messages from outside callers? I would guess not.
There are a lot of things that can cause this. Moving the Unity_

They said they can use viewmail to listen so I think this means unity did send message.
In detail: they have 5 exchange server, one is located with Unity on the same subnet ,the rest are on the WAN. As soon as they moved the mailbox over to the local exchange it works fine.I suspect the latency between the unity and exchange server. What's the latency requred if unity and echange are not on the same LAN? How can I messure it?
