Can Unity still send messages from outside callers? I would guess not.

There are a lot of things that can cause this. Moving the Unity_ mailbox, the GC in the MAPI profile going down, etc. This probably would need to go to TAC for troubleshooting...

Thanks,

Keith

They said they can use viewmail to listen so I think this means unity did send message.

In detail: they have 5 exchange server, one is located with Unity on the same subnet ,the rest are on the WAN. As soon as they moved the mailbox over to the local exchange it works fine.I suspect the latency between the unity and exchange server. What's the latency requred if unity and echange are not on the same LAN? How can I messure it?
