Hi everyone.
Relay is configured for sending email notifications to the user when you have a voicemail. But we have a week without being able to perform the functionality. We verified the settings in System Settings> SMTP Configuration> Smart Host and has the correct server ip and user within the Edit menu> Message Actions>Voicemail it have the option to Accept and Relay message. The client ensures that the SMTP server is working properly. What other types of troubleshooting could be done in our served Unity Connection Version 7.1.5 to ensure that our equipment is working properly.
