WFM 8.5 Import data from Third-party ACD (AVAYA)

Hello,

Currently working on an installation that involves going from Avaya solution to full Cisco (CUCM,UCCX,WFM,QM).

I'm new to WFM.

Question:

Can WFM import or use historical data that is exported from the Avaya ACD?

It would be nice to use the existing data for forecasting.
