Hi Guys, Where to find the PAK for Cisco Unified Communications Manager ?

Which version?
From version 12.X, its smart licenses and all purchased license will be deposited on your smart account. its mandatory that you need to share the smart account details for placing order for new versions.
For old version, if PAK was activated through your CCO-ID. Go to https://software.cisco.com/software/csws/ws/platform/home# select traditional licensing option and you can see all the PAK activated through your ID.
if you have no information regarding the PAK, take license request fie from existing PLM/ELM and open a ticket with CISCO licensing TAC. and they will support you.the PAK Id used to license the products.
If you used online license activation from PLM/PLM, you can see the PAK code on the PLM/ELM.

I am sure the issue would be resolved by now.
However, if not do let me know if you ordered the licenses using A-Flex-3, and have selected Classic licenses?
Is it for 11.x ?
Let me know and I would be more then happy to share the complete process. or you can also open a ticket with the licensing team, after generating the licence request form the PLM
