Hello Community,
I am interested on suggesting to my company Webex as a solution for Webcast and Remote Access and troubleshooting (similar to TAC).
Which Webex Product (is it Webex Support Center?) provide remote-access to IT guy (let say me) to assist remotely?

Cisco has two main products Webex Cloud and Webex on-premise. As the name Implies the cloud version is a Cisco hosted service and TAC uses Cisco Webex Meeting centre as far as I know.
The CWMS on-premise version is a similar version product, and is installed by the customers at their own premises, it also provides similar functionality (audio, video, web, conferencing, remote control, desktop sharing etc.)
Both the products will do what you are after, depending on your needs you can chose either of them (one is a service that you just buy the subscription and second one you need to deploy the servers)
