Why the Cisco Callmanager service restarts

Hello

I appreciate your support for the following; I have installed the CCUM 11.5 in a virtual machine, the phones on any day, time etc. they restart, when I enter the RTMT I see that the Cisco Callmanager service has 0 days up, after a while the service and the phones go up, it is as if the phones need some kind of update, I do not know why this is happening.

Have you looked in command line to see if there are any core dumps and if so, analyzed the backtrace?  You can also pull Call Manager logs from RTMT and review those to see what is happening at the time the service goes down.  If you are not familiar with either of these steps I would advise opening a case with Cisco TAC to review the logs for you to determine what is happening.
