Hi,
Does anyone know how to change the ringing of lines on a wireless headset to be flash only? User is using phone with a wireless headset with multiple lines but all the lines are ringing in the headset; I went into the lines and changed
Ring Setting (Phone Idle)
Ring Setting (Phone Active)**
both to Flash, but it still rings in the headset.

Hi Lisa,
There are some known bugs related to this issue. You may need to provide the phone model and firmware version they are running. Here is one such bug;

Symptom:
Headset using Enhanced Headset Control (EHC) integrated via Aux port beeps for a new incoming call even though line is set to flash-only in CUCM.
Conditions:
This applies when using a headset integrated with EHook functionality with line configuration set to flash-only.
Workaround:
Set ring setting to disabled on line to stop beeping on incoming calls. Can also downgrade to 9.2.1SR1 or earlier firmware.
