Your Call Cannot Be Completed As Dialed when transferring a call via the Attendant Console

When attempting to transfer a call to a user via the Attendant Console we get a your call cannot be completed as dialed. She is on a 7962 with a SCCP device protocol

Hello,

You may want to start with verifying that the parition for the phone you are trying to transfer to is in the CSS of the console service devices that are used for transferring calls.

What flavor of AC?

And has basic call routing (CSS/partitions) been verified?
