Zero usage report

I am looking to generate a report of all DN numbers and the last time they were used.

CUCM version 8.X

Does anyone know if it's possible and how?

Hi Joseph,

There is no such native report available in CUCM. You may use CAR tool to generate reports for each extension, however a report linking DN with last time it was used is not available.

No problem, these kind of requirements may require developing a cusomized tool or using a third party app.
