We are seeing this error mainly when calling 800 numbers from our remote locations. The call is going through though. Any thoughts?

Thanks

If this are outbound calls, and other calls work fine, call your telco, it basically means they have no idea how to/where to route the call.

If this are inbound, it means your call routing does not work, either in the GW, or CUCM. They're not able to find the route for that DN, either wrong number of digits, wrong inbound CSS, if H323 wrong DP, pointing to a server where H323 is not running, etc.

They are all outbound calls and the call is going through just fine. Each call shows the 5 records in RTMT.

Then I'd debug the GW to see what is coming from telco, and what's happening with that call.
