2 offices, 2 cups systems - communicate internally

hi

we have an UK and USA office

both offices have their own seperate CUCM/CUPS installation (version 8. - UK  and version 9 - USA respectively)

the systems do not communicate with eachother but both use the same Windows Active Directory domain for LDAP look up

is it possible for the UK jabber users who connect to the UK CUPS server to see the presence of the USA users and vice versa.

Yep. This is called Inter-Cluster Peering.
