3&3: meeting UCL Minimums

migrating 43 users from CUCM 4.x to 8.0, no UCSS in place.

To meet the minimum user requirement of 50 for UCL, does one simply "create" 7 additional users by choosing QTY (50) MIG-CUCM-USR ??

Does not seem correct, but Netformx will not let me select 43 Migrations and 7 New users.

You have to have a minimum of 50 either new users basic/enhanced or through MIG SKU for 50. It would be cheaper to use 50 for the MIG SKU to satisfy the minimum requirement since otherwise you will need 50 under new basic/enhanced users for the quote to validate
