3 & 3 Promotion for Presence. What are the part numbers?
Customer wants to take advantage of the 3 & 3 promotion for CUCM and Presence. I understand that for CUCM I use the CUCM-USR-LIC top part number and then CUCM migration User options sub menu. In addition I know I need to select the CUCM sever SW which is no cost and still under the main part number for CUCM-USR-LIC.
What do I do for Presence? The customer has a Presence server with several CUPC clients. How is this handled? What is the part number for this application upgrade (both CUPS and CUPC)?
