4331 mgcp gw can't send or receive call from e1

HI

I have a 4331 GW 

i use this gw connect E1 pri with MGCP

now the E1 is MULTIPLE_FRAME_ESTABLISHED

and GW connect to CUCM is OK

but i can't  place a call to this E1 form CUCM display this call is reject

also can't receive call from E1 display Unallocated/unassigned number

the CUCM CSS and parititon is right i can confirm

the new GW have some authentication like ip trust list???

Place an outgoing (and incoming) call and attach:

a) From CUCM:

- Cisco CallManager SDL logs

b) From the gateway

- debug ccm-manager backhaul packets 

- debug ccm-manager backhaul events

- debug isdn q931

Also, write down calling and called numbers.

HI Georgios Fotiadis Thanks for your reply, this problem has been resovled .....i think .... i restart the Call manager service and wait about half hour....in this 30 minute the problem still exist but after 30 minute I test again the problem disappear...... i'm not config anything .....

This is not normal behavior.

Should you be making changes to the MGCP gateway on CUCM side you should always reset it, while making changes on the MGCP gateway itself you should run at CLI:

no mgcp
mgcp

Other than that, you should investigate further as you never know when the problem will appear again.
