7821 not registering after changing to hostname from ip

Hi,

We are using 12.5 version ccm and moved from ip to hostname in the server menu. After that some of the 7821 phones didnt registered some of them are registered. Thats why I returned to ip. What can be the problem?

Hey,

You should be careful and make sure you meet all requirements before changing IP, DNS or something similar. It is not simple as it looks. Please click on this URL and find exactly what you need;
