Running CUPC 8.5, the two 7941's we have will not have a video and audio call. This is the same with a different version of CUPC used, so I believe that the problem is with the phone or the SCCP firmware being used. The video and audio call goes through using soft phone, but using the 7941 for audio prevents video. The load file on the phone is TERM41.7-0-3-0S
Yes, I finally did solve this. You have to upgrade the load file for the 7941 to the latest version, then the video calling will work. I'm not sure what the latest version is, but doing the upgrade solved this
