we have both the 7960 and 7961 phones. They are all in the same CM groups/dial groups etc, but the 7961's will not dial out. The 7960 dials out just fine.
Is there a new firmware version for the 7961 on CUCM 6.0, or where would I fine that?

Check the CSS and partition for 7961, in CUCM 6.0 check the load is present for 7961 also reboot the CCM and power cycle the IPPhone 7961.
