Where can I find ciscocm.cup.refresh_upgrade_v<latest_version>.cop?

There is no specific file for Presence at the link you provided. Is it just generic for all UC servers? I'm doing a refresh upgrade from 8.6.3. Documentation says I need the cop file specific to CUP. Don't see it.
